- The lenders of the bad mortgages should have to absorb the loss. Allow refinancing of good mortgages and allow new loans to people that can actually pay a monthly mortgage. This will put more money into the economy.

- The loans that were made to people who could not pay need to be absorbed by the lender. Refinance good loans to lower interest.
